for women wif intact uterus

• think bout her uterus!!! -> w prolonged unopposed estrogen it will increase risk of endometrial ca what u should do is to give also progestogenic component to prevent excessive endometrial stimulation and dvlpmnt of endomtrial ca.
• perimenopausal women -> sequential regime
• post menopause -> continuous combined regime

for women without uterus

• no need progestogen component -> ERT estrogen replacement theraphy
